# Repayment Process

Repaying your loan is straightforward on LENDBIT:

* **Manual Repayment**: You can also manually repay the loan early to reduce interest costs or avoid liquidation risks.
* **Collateral Return**: Once the loan is fully repaid, your deposited collateral is automatically unlocked and can be used to service loans, as collateral for other loans or withdrawn.
